A video consultation is a digital form of medical consultation. You speak to your doctor by video via a secure online connection - similar to a consultation at the surgery.
The same medical standards apply in terms of quality, data protection and confidentiality.

• Follow-up checks and discussions of findings
• Prescription or referral requests
• Follow-up discussions after visits to the practice
• Consultations on therapy plans

1. Make an appointment: Call the practice or use the online appointment form.
2. Receive invitation link: You will receive a link by email or text message.
3. Simply take part: To make an appointment, click on the link - via smartphone, tablet or computer with camera and microphone.

The video consultation is carried out exclusively by certified providers in accordance with Section 365 SGB V.
Your data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored.
